PROGRAM DETAILS
Introduction
This programme highlights the skills needed for managing people in a 21st century organisation. The programme is based on the basic understanding that the more one knows about their own style, motivation, characteristics and skill usage the better equipped they are to understand and manage other people.
The programme will examine the interaction between people and their awareness of the barriers to communication, and the possible options available to minimize those barriers.

Target Audience
Leaders and other professionals who want to understand people and manage more effectively, personnel responsible for developing the key resources of any organisation – its ‘people’. It will also be beneficial for those needing an update on key aspects of people empowerment.
Training Methodology
Participants will learn by active participation during the programme through the use of exercises, syndicate and group discussions, training videos, and discussions on ‘real life’ issues in their organisations.
