As I write this, from our ‘strategic think tank’ in Scotland, we are entering 2023. Whilst it would be easy for me to look back and reflect on the trials and tribulations which COVID has presented over these past couple of years, I’m going to resist this. I’d much prefer to cast my optimistic eye on the future and share with you how I see the International Training & Development landscape looking over the next couple of years. I have outlined below, three key observations that I wish to share with you.

Whilst it would be easy for me to look back and reflect on the trials and tribulations which COVID has presented over these past couple of years, I’m going to resist this. Key Observations for 2024 and beyond.
I am honoured that TEI has been recognized by so many of our clients to be at the forefront of the design and delivery of new and exciting programs which truly make a measurable difference. Whilst we are proud of our heritage programs, which have stood the test of time and continue to be extremely popular, we also have a very clear focus on future trends and new ways of learning. With the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and the advent of new technologies emerging, we are constantly working with the best creative, pragmatic and academic minds to bring new solutions to old problems throughout all our subject categories. Our commitment to this approach will not waiver and we look forward to sharing more good news stories in the coming months. Watch this space.
The commercial success of any organization can be measured by a vast number of metrics. However, for an organization to succeed in its’ chosen market and maintain a level of sustainable success, a clear set of core values needs to be demonstrated by all who work in that business. Human behavior will determine the adherence to these values. Business leaders throughout every sector of every industry and every type of organization have the demanding responsibility to nurture and protect the values they claim represent their business ethos. Conversely, leaders must face off and challenge any conflicting behaviors that undermine their chances of being a true values-based organization. Our vision and values statements which are well publicized here and elsewhere are a true representation of the goals we are seeking to achieve, which provides our moral compass and shapes our approach to all future business transactions.
Key Observations for 2023 and beyond.
Global business travel is now back to almost pre-pandemic levels, with industry experts predicting that by the end of Q1, 2023, the global business community will be travelling more business miles than ever before. This is excellent news for our sector, as we continue to partner with the very best international trainers, facilitators, academics, consultants and coaches. The desire to get ‘back in the room’ and engage with face-to-face training is now at an all-time high and we are delighted to confirm our readiness for this at all our 26 stunning locations around the globe.
