Introduction
All businesses – whether private or public sector – rely on information and records to conduct their affairs in a systematic and legally compliant way. The strategic management of records and information is essential to this process and never more so in an age of e-commerce and e-government. With a rapidly changing and developing business context there are considerable organisational benefits in attending this workshop.
This course covers the strategies, tools, and technologies used to capture, categorise, manage, store, preserve (archive), and deliver documents and records in support of business processes. This programme also covers the core components of ISO 15489 (International Standard on Records Management) and HB 278 (Recordkeeping Compliance) so that organizations can become compliant with best practices.

Training Methodology
