Introduction

The role of the office management professionals and administrators in today’s organisation is changing rapidly. What is the way forward? The true art of office management lies not in the art of winning, as popular business books so often characterise it; rather it demands the art of winning assent. Influence is the key. It is the art of clearly communicating and diligently monitoring tasks and goals, then fairly rewarding the people who achieve them, because they have made a commitment to them on the basis of corporate good and personal interest.

Day 3 – Organizational (Behavioural and Technical) Competence Effectiveness
