PROGRAM DETAILS

Introduction

The ‘Executive Leadership Master-class’ is an intensive 5 day Personal Development Programme aimed at supporting executive levels to provide a good understanding of strategic leadership competencies.  In addition we aim to explore the various tools for developing and managing dynamic teams.

This programme will help participants to develop their interpersonal skills and to improve their performance through planning, resource allocation and generally leading others more effectively.  It will also focus on the talent needed to develop effective working relationships linked to performance management in order to meet agreed business objectives.  Participants will explore and examine the fundamental differences associated with traditional ‘Transactional Management’ as opposed to the skills and competencies required to be an effective ‘Transformational Leader’.

The role of ‘leader’ can be a very real and daunting challenge for many.  This 5 day, master-class aims to equip participants with many of the tools, techniques and working practices to create a truly great place to work.  Upon completion of this programme, participants will feel motivated and encouraged to put into practice their learning and to start to make a measureable difference.

To be truly effective and provide impact in our business, we need to be able to fully identify and assess the power and influence of each of our key stakeholders.  By fully involving ourselves in this programme, we equip ourselves more thoroughly to not only respond more effectively, but we avail ourselves to take proactive measures that will ensure the long term success of our relationships.

Recent studies have highlighted that those organisations that are enjoying excellence in their chosen market tend be organisations where there is an authentic ethos of open, and honest communications at all levels, but specifically at ‘Leadership’ level.  The competence to influence, communicate and lead with integrity is therefore a key behaviour and skill that should be developed for all those wishing to be on the winning team.
