PROGRAM DETAILS

Introduction:

In today’s rapidly changing business environment, it’s no longer enough for organisations to simply react to change. They need to be proactive, anticipate change, and develop a strategy to manage it effectively. Organisational change can be a complex and challenging process, and it requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the right skills to successfully navigate through it.

This five-day training program is designed to equip mid to senior-level managers, change agents, and HR professionals with the knowledge and skills to develop a comprehensive change strategy and lead successful change initiatives within their organisations. The program provides a practical framework for understanding change, developing a change strategy, and building the necessary skills to manage change effectively.

Throughout the program, participants will learn about the importance of organisational change, the benefits of change, the different types of change, and the drivers behind change. They will also learn how to develop a change management plan, communicate a change vision, and build stakeholder engagement.

The program will focus on effective change leadership, including building a change management team, developing a communication strategy, managing resistance to change, and leading change through influence. Participants will also learn how to build a culture of continuous improvement within their organisations, including developing a process for continuous improvement, managing change fatigue, and celebrating success.

Overall, this program will equip participants with the skills and knowledge to build a successful organisational change strategy and lead change initiatives that create value and drive growth within their organisations.
