Introduction

The organisation of business and creative elements is essential for responsible Protocol and Event Management. This course examines all five phases of Protocol and Event Management project management, from human resource management including diversity management to procurement, time and financial management. Pricing, client/vendor relations and the use of many resources are also explored.
