Introduction
Procurement professionals need to recognise the differences in contracting and regulatory requirements within the public sector environment as opposed to the private sector.
By attending this discussion and activity based programme, delegates will be better able to understand the contracting regulations, ethical standards and processes to be adhered to. Best practice in supplier appraisal, tender evaluation and contracting will be examined in detail.
