PROGRAM DETAILS

Introduction

Agile project management is a methodology that emphasizes flexibility, adaptability, and collaboration. It is an alternative to traditional project management methods, which are often seen as rigid and bureaucratic. Agile project management is based on a set of principles and values that prioritize customer satisfaction, continuous delivery of value, and collaboration between team members. Agile is widely used in software development, but its principles can be applied to many other industries as well.

This five-day training program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Agile project management and how it can be applied in various industries. Participants will learn about the Agile framework, including its various methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. They will also learn about Agile project management techniques, including user stories, sprint planning, and retrospectives. The training program will cover the entire Agile project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and control.

  • Learn how to plan, execute, and monitor Agile projects
