Introduction
Change today is no longer a choice; it’s a reality and every leader needs to be mindful of the speed and intensity of change which has an impact on how they manage and lead their team. This program is designed to empower leaders with inspiring and impactful insights to thrive in today’s dynamic changing environment through established leadership processes and tools. It is dedicated to help them fine tune their approach in leading, managing and focusing on the key success factors in creating a more dynamic, loyal and energized workplace based on the right process and the tools available as opposed to going about it in a gut directed way.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this five-day workshop, participants will be able to:

Target Audience
All leaders who want to enhance their leadership effectiveness to create a productive workplace and organizational effectiveness. This program will help participants to strengthen their existing leadership skills as well as increase their leadership capabilities in leading as well as building the capabilities of their workforce.
Training Methodology
The program is highly interactive with a mixture of mini-lecture to impart key concepts; discussion and facilitated practice sessions with group work and personal feedback; and ongoing coaching with learning reviews. Participants will be encouraged to participate actively in relating the strategies of effective leadership to the particular needs of their workplace.
