Introduction:

  • Group exercise: Developing a solution strategy for a case study

Day 4: Implementing Solutions 

  • Developing an action plan for implementing the solution
  • Identifying the resources required for the solution
  • Overcoming resistance to change
  • Group exercise: Developing an action plan for implementing the solution

Day 5: Communicating the Solution

  • Communicating the solution to stakeholders
  • Preparing an effective presentation
  • Overcoming resistance to change
  • Group exercise: Preparing and delivering a presentation of the solution to stakeholders
