PROGRAM DETAILS

Introduction

There is increasing pressure on companies to become more cost efficient. Global markets are shifting as alternate sources of supply are utilised to fulfil demand. This has led to increased pressure on Procurement to buy a lot better. It is now also recognised that working capital presents the biggest opportunity for cost reduction and that tough negotiations with suppliers doesn’t necessarily lead to the best results.

In this program, delegates will learn how to:

  • Craft a successful procurement/contract strategy
  • Find new ways of forging lasting relationships with suppliers
  • Effectively deal with end users
  • Identify conflict in the Supply Chain and how to resolve it
  • Deliver tangible results
